How It Works
We offer custom plush toys in Czechia based on your own illustrations and designs. The custom plush toy is made from short soft plush material and pure organic cotton.

Sizes: 15 cm, 30 cm, 46 cm, 56 cm
Production time: 20-30 business days
How it works:
1. Use the Color and Style Selection Tool.
2. Place your order and attach your drawing or photo.
3. After receiving your order, we will match color swatches to your drawing/photo and send them to the customer for approval.
4. Once the customer confirms the color details, production will take approximately 20-30 business days.
5. Shipping to Czechia is done by air via FedEx, delivery takes 3-5 business days.
6. Once ordered, you will receive the plush within 25-35 business days.
7. If you order this custom plush for a special occasion, please mention date and gift message in the order note.

About the plush:
- It is 100% handmade, we don't use any machines or prints in production.
- 100% hand stitching.
- For small details and lettering, we use fabric glue applied to the plush.

- As far as the conversion rate is concerned, since it is an illustration design, 75-90% fidelity is possible in terms of size, shape and colors.
