How it works:
1. You have to email your drawing or picture for custom hand puppet reference to our email id makemyplush@gmail.com, we will review the picture and confirm with you, then you can place the order. (Otherwise, you can do a live chat at the right bottom end. Please don't choose guest chat in the messenger. Please login with your Facebook messenger and chat with us. You can send your drawing or picture in the chat)
2. Then you have to place the order over here. While placing the order, no need to attach the picture.
3. Once the order is received we will match the color swatches with the drawing/picture and send it to the customer for approval.
4. Once color details are confirmed by the customer the process will move to production, it will take about 15-25 business days.
5. About the shipping we use DHL air shipping and USPS postal shipping. DHL will take 3-4 business days and USPS will take 6-10 business days. We offering free shipping with USPS
6. Once you placed the order, you will get the toys in the next 20-30 business days in your hand.
7. If you ordering this custom made puppets for any special occasion, kindly mention the date and gift message in the cart note.
