After we receive your order, we’ll match fabric color swatches to your design and send them to you for approval.

Once you confirm the colors, we’ll begin production — this takes 15–20 business days.

We ship via FedEx Air, and delivery takes 3–5 business days.

So, from order to delivery, your plush will be in your hands within 20–25 business days.
