How It Works
Make your own custom hand puppet in Jamaica based on a drawing, picture, selfie, or photo of any person or character. Custom hand puppets make unique gifts for kids, lovers, couples, and parents. They are made of short, soft fur material and pure organic cotton. We do not use any plastic or metal parts in our custom hand puppets.

How it works:
1. Use the Plush Color & Style Selector Tool to find your recommended size and style. Select that same size and style when you order.
2. Place your order on this page and attach your drawing or picture as a reference.
3. Once the order is received we will match the color swatches with the drawing/picture and send it to the customer for approval.
4. Once color details are confirmed by the customer the process will move to production, it will take about 20-30 business days.
5. About the shipping we use DHL air shipping and Jamaica Postal Service. DHL will take 3-4 business days and Jamaica Postal Service will take 6-10 business days. We offering free shipping with Jamaica Postal Service
6. Once you placed the order, you will get the toys in the next 25-35 business days in your hand.
7. If you ordering this custom hand puppet for any special occasion, kindly mention the date and gift message in the cart note.

About Hand Puppet:
- It's 100% hand-made, we won't use any machine or prints for hand puppet production.
- 100% Handmade Stitching.
- For small details and fonts, we will use fabric glue to stick over the puppet
