3. Once the order is received we will match the color swatches with the drawing/picture and send it to the customer for approval.

4. Once color details are confirmed by the customer the process will move to production, it will take about 15-25 business days.

5. About the shipping we use DHL air shipping and Slovakia Postal Service shipping. DHL will take 3-4 business days and Slovakia Postal Service will take 6-10 business days. We offering free shipping with Slovakia Postal Service

6. Once you placed the order, you will get the toys in the next 20-30 business days in your hand.
