Shipping policy

Shipping Policy Included both Production Time & Shipping Time.

Production Time:

Since it's a custom plush, it will take a minimum of 20 - 30 Business Days production (For bulk orders based on the numbers production time will get different, it will take 45-60 business days). Once the production is completed, we will email the completed plush picture. Based on your approval, we will dispatch your item with FedEx, DHL and Postal services.

 

Shipping Time:

We use FedEx or DHL Express Shipping. It will take 3-4 business Days to reach you.  (PAID Shipping options)
For Free shipping, we use the Postal service (USPS, Australia Post, Canada Post, etc)

Our Production Location is in India. 

Shipping Policy for USPS/Postal service:

  • Customers selecting postal/USPS delivery are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring timely retrieval of packages once marked delivered.

  • Postal deliveries may take extended transit time depending on destination and customs processing.

  • In the event a package is lost or not delivered, the customer must notify the merchant promptly.

  • Upon notification, we initiate investigation with the postal carrier. (Investigation time up to 90 days from the issue)

  • If the carrier confirms loss or non-delivery, we provide refund or replacement accordingly.

 

Import Duty & Tariff Policy

At MakeMyPlush(Made in INDIA), we proudly ship our custom plush creations worldwide. However, all international orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and other fees as determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

Customer Responsibility

  • MakeMyPlush does not cover or pre-pay any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or related charges for the delivery country.

  • The customer (recipient) is solely responsible for paying all applicable fees to receive the shipment.

  • These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on our website.

Force Majeure, Emergency Situations & Additional Charges

MakeMyPlush shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, transportation strikes, customs shutdowns, government restrictions, force majeure events, carrier disruptions, or emergency logistics situations.

During such events, shipping carriers or customs authorities may impose additional charges, emergency surcharges, storage fees, tariff increases, remote area charges, re-delivery fees, or other unexpected costs required for successful delivery.

While MakeMyPlush will provide maximum support to follow up, coordinate with carriers, and assist in delivering the package successfully, all such additional charges and related costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).

Delivery timelines may also be extended depending on the situation and carrier operations.

Non-Payment Consequences

  • If the customer fails to pay the required import duty, tariff, or customs fees, the delivery partner (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or the local postal authority like USPS) may:

    • Return the package to sender (additional return costs may apply), or

    • Dispose of the package according to their regulations.

  • MakeMyPlush will not be held responsible for packages returned, delayed, or disposed of due to non-payment of customs charges.

Customer Responsibility for Tracking & Payment

  • Customers must monitor their shipment tracking and promptly respond to any customs or delivery notices.

  • Payment should be made directly to the delivery partner or customs office as instructed in the receiving country.

  • Please check your country’s customs rules and estimated import duty before ordering to ensure a smooth delivery experience.


    Dispute Orders:

    Once the customer raised the dispute the order was moved to HOLD(move to the warehouse), if the dispute was issued to the customer favor item won't dispatch further. 

    If the dispute was issued in favor of makemyplush, we will retrieve the order from HOLD (From the warehouse), we have to re-check the plush in terms of the Quality check then dispatch the plush and provided the tracking to the customer.

    If it's an international shipment, it will take a minimum of 12-17 business days to process the dispatch and provide the tracking details.
