Returns
unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Since it's a custom plushie, we can't offer any refund or exchange. If you want to cancel the order, you want to cancel the order within 24 hours once you placed the order(charges will apply for cancellations)
Damaged or Missing Items:
Once Makemyplush delivered the package successfully. if there is any damaged or missing item in your package, the customer needs to report us within 12 hours of the delivery time. After 12 hours makemyplush is not responsible for any damaged or missing item. Customers can email the damaged or missing item to makemyplush@gmail.com
Refund charges:
10-12% is the refund charges for PayPal, 2checkout, and Razorpay transactions. If the customer raised a dispute case on the transaction and the dispute case is in favor of our side(makemyplush.com) that dispute fee will be charged against the customer under refund. (total refund =order value - (dispute fee + refund charges 10-12%))
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Only if we send any wrong item, we will accept the return, otherwise, for your original plush there is no return.)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Import Duty Fees:
we will mention the package value as 10 USD to avoid/reduce the import duty. Customers don't want to worry about the import duty, anyone can place the order with makemyplush from anywhere in this world.
Revisions:
Revisions are only acceptable from the original requirement, new changes or new modification requests will not be acceptable.
Maximum revision is only 2 times allowed.
Revision review time: 24-48 hours.
Revision Production time: 5-12 business days.
Dispute Orders:
Once the customer raised the dispute the order was moved to HOLD(move to the warehouse), if the dispute was issued to the customer favor item won't dispatch further.
If the dispute was issued in favor of makemyplush, we will retrieve the order from HOLD (From the warehouse), we have to re-check the plush in terms of the Quality check then dispatch the plush and provided the tracking to the customer.
If it's an international shipment, it will take a minimum of 12-17 business days to process the dispatch and provide the tracking details.
Conversion Rate:
The conversion rate will vary based on the drawing and illustration,
Kids Hand Drawings - 85-95% Conversion rate
Illustration Design or Picture - 75-90% Conversion rate
Old/Damaged/Lost Plush Picture into Custom Plush - 75-90% Conversion rate
(All above the conversion rates are based on colors, shapes and details of the plush with the reference details)
Color Scheme:
We will keep on updating the current color shades to our swatches URL https://makemyplush.com/pages/fabric-color-shades has to confirm before and after placing the order.
Since it's about the pictures, it will vary 10-15% with little variation with real shades subjected to lights and pictures taking place.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
