Comment fonctionnent les cartes cadeaux Makemyplush ?
Les clients achètent une carte-cadeau directement auprès de makemyplush, une fois achetée, elle est livrée au client par e-mail et elle est imprimable au format PDF. Nous ne proposons aucune livraison physique de cartes-cadeaux. Nous proposons uniquement au format numérique.
Une date limite pour utiliser les cartes cadeaux ?
Veuillez utiliser les cartes cadeaux dans un délai de 6 mois (180 jours), mais il est préférable de les utiliser 45 à 60 jours à compter de la date d'achat. Si vous rencontrez un problème avec les cartes cadeaux, vous pouvez nous contacter makemyplush@gmail.com
Comment choisir le bon nombre de cartes cadeaux ?
Si vous avez le dessin de l'enfant, nous pouvons l'examiner et vous fournir la bonne valeur pour la carte cadeau. si vous n'avez pas le dessin, vous pouvez l'acheter au minimum en cartes-cadeaux d'une valeur de 80 à 100 USD.
