Wie funktionieren Makemyplush-Geschenkkarten?
Kunden kaufen Geschenkkarten direkt bei makemyplush. Nach dem Kauf werden sie dem Kunden per E-Mail zugestellt und können im PDF-Format ausgedruckt werden. Wir bieten keine physische Zustellung von Geschenkkarten an. Wir bieten sie nur im digitalen Format an.
Gibt es eine Frist für die Einlösung von Geschenkkarten?
Bitte verwenden Sie die Geschenkkarten innerhalb von 6 Monaten (180 Tagen), besser ist es jedoch, sie innerhalb von 45-60 Tagen ab dem Kaufdatum zu verwenden. Wenn Sie Probleme mit Geschenkkarten haben, können Sie uns unter makemyplush@gmail.com kontaktieren.
Wie wähle ich die richtige Anzahl an Geschenkkarten aus?
Wenn Sie die Zeichnung des Kindes haben, können wir sie prüfen und den richtigen Wert für die Geschenkkarte angeben. Wenn Sie die Zeichnung nicht haben, können Sie Geschenkkarten im Wert von mindestens 80–100 USD kaufen.
