1. Use the Plush Color & Style Selector Tool to find your recommended size and style. Select that same size and style when you order.

2. Place your order on this page and attach your drawing or picture as a reference.

3. Once the order is received we will match the color swatches with the drawing/picture and send it to the customer for approval.

4. Once color details are confirmed by the customer the process will move to production, it will take about 15-25 business days.

5. About the shipping we use DHL air shipping and Japan Postal Service. DHL will take 3-4 business days and Japan Postal Service will take 6-10 business days. We offering free shipping with Japan Postal Service

6. Once you placed the order, you will get the toys in the next 20-30 business days in your hand.
